It looked nice when I first got it, but after using it for a few days, the quality started to feel kind of cheap. One part even started coming loose, which seems avoidable. It’s okay overall, but I was expecting it to hold up better

I ordered from Rowabi and overall the packaging was really solid. The item was wrapped up nicely, and when I opened it, there wasn’t any damage, scratches, or broken parts, so that was a relief.

The outer box did have a small dent on one side, but it didn’t seem to matter since everything inside was protected well, if that makes sense. They maybe used a little more tape than necessary, but I’m happy with how it arrived

I ordered a rattan piece from rowabi and I’m really happy with it overall. The craftsmanship is lovely, and you can tell someone took the time to make it with care rather than it feeling like a cheap factory-made item. There are a couple of tiny uneven spots, but i kind of appreciate that because it gives it more of a handmade charm. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that it took a bit longer to arrive than I expected. Still, I’m grateful for the quality and would definitely consider ordering again.

It took me a little while to get everything set up, and whoever runs this could definitely make the process a bit smoother, but in the end it worked fine.

I bought a rattan tray from Rowabi i loved how it looked when it first arrived. It had that nice natural style and felt like it would be a good little decor piece. But after just a few weeks, it started coming apart, which was disappointing. I still think it’s cute, but I also wouldn’t really say it’s well made. For the price, I expected it to hold up better, so it wasn’t really worth it for me.

The site just felt really messy to me. The colors didn’t really work, the photos looked kind of mismatched, and the whole layout gave off a cheap vibe. I tried looking around for a bit, but it was hard to enjoy, so I left

well... I ordered a few things from rowabi.com, and for the most part, everything showed up the way I expected. The main item matched what I picked out, which was a relief, and overall the order was decent.

That said, one smaller item wasn’t exactly what I ordered, and the color looked a little different too. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was still kind of annoying. I might order again, but I’d definitely check the details more carefully next time

The items were fine once they finally arrived, but wow, the shipping was way slower than I expected. The tracking didn’t update for days, so I was just kind of stuck wondering what was going on. Not the worst order I’ve ever had, but definitely frustrating

I usually dread contacting customer support, and I still don’t love having to do it, but they helped me really fast. It was almost too quick for me to complain about anything, which is annoying in a good way.

I wasn't expecting a whole lot, like, okay, it's affordable so we'll see what shows up. But once I got it, I was pleasantly surprised. The quality is actually nice for what you pay, and I kept thinking, yeah, this was a solid buy. I'm happy with it...

I ended up needing to return my item, and the whole process felt slower than I thought it would. I sent over the details they asked for, including the order info and the return reason, and then just kind of waited.

The replies weren’t rude or anything, but they came a few days apart each time, which made the whole thing feel a bit dragged out. I kept checking my inbox because I wasn’t sure if I’d missed something small, like a confirmation email or tracking update.

The refund did come through in the end, so it worked out, but it definitely took longer than I expected. Not a terrible experience, but if there’s a chance you might need to return something, I’d keep that in mind before ordering
